Subaru Liberty

Liberty Wins Best Luxury Car Award
Subaru Press Release

The Subaru Liberty 3.0R was recently named Australia's Best Luxury Car under $57,000, by Australia's combined motoring organizations.

Cars were evaluated by the NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAASA, RACWA, RACT and AANT against a broad range of criteria including: on road performance, design, value and functionality.

Subaru Australia Managing Director, Nick Senior, said: "Premium Liberty variants including the 3.0R and 3.0R spec B now represent more than 40 per cent of Liberty sales.

"More than 13 per cent of Subaru owners are now spending more than $50,000 on their car and that's clear proof of the perception of Subaru as a premium brand."

"This luxury car award is further evidence that Subaru is increasingly recognized as a manufacturer of premium cars."

"Our customer feedback strongly indicates that comprehensive specification lists combined with Subaru's reputation for safety, engineering and All-Wheel Drive, make models such as Liberty 3.0R remarkable value."

All Liberty models share an independent five-star ANCAP crashworthiness rating for occupant safety.

Libertys also feature highly in retained value listings.

Mr Senior added: "We are honoured to receive this award from the motoring organizations."

"Our research indicates that Australia's Best Cars awards are held in very high regard by our customers for their thoroughness and objectivity."
